Inside the Villa

Lounge / Sitting room consist of a floor area of 28 meter square area.   Large lounge has French doors which overlook the apple orchard opposite. Fire place, new designer three seater sofa and two seater sofa, and matching settee for sitting for up to 8 people.

The lounge comprises 37 inch LCD wide screen TV with remote, Stereo surround system, DVD player, playstation 3 with loads of movies to watch. There is also a large selection of DVD movies to watch and books to suit everyone’s taste.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 King size bed, with side tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, dressing table / chest of drawers, mirror and en –suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 Double bed with side tables and lamps, built in wardrobes and dressing table/chest of drawers, and mirror.

Bedroom 3 Twin single beds, with side table and lamp, dressing table, mirror and chest of drawers

Bedroom 4 is on the first floor. Twin bed with side table and lamp, dressing table, mirror and chest of drawers

Bedroom 5 is super king size bed with side tables and lamps, dressing table, mirror / chest of drawers

Bathrooms

There are 4 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower, bath tubs, wash basin and toilet and bidet

2 Bathrooms with showers and designer wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Each bath room is equipped with hair drier

Kitchen and Patio Area

The modern kitchen is equipped with 4 hob gas cooker, electrical oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, electrical kettle, mixer, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, dish washer, tumbler dryer, vacuum cleaner, toaster, all utensils and pans and high standard cutlery.
There is large (extendable) mahogany dinning table with sitting for 10 people.

Outside Area

Just outside the kitchen there is a paved patio area with dinning table, parasol and chairs for up 10 people to sit and enjoy the meal in the sun. There is another patio area near the pool with 6 loungers to sit, or lie back and relax in the beautiful weather.
