Additinal information about rental rates
Prices are for the complete 5 bedroom property per week in Euros. Property can be booked as a 3 bedroom villa; ground floor only at a lower price as arranged with the owners. (excluding the months of July, August and September)
Changeable days are Saturday; we will try to be flexible where possible. For booking 30% deposit is required, balance 5 weeks before arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of 400 euros is required 1 month prior to arrival date {provided no damage has been done to the property.
All linen, blankets and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned before the guests arrive, and thereafter on a weekly basis.
Mid week cleaning services can be arranged at additional cost.
Beach towels are provided at additional cost.
